Quite a surprise with camping available and accessible via canoe for those so adventurous. Otherwise just a beautiful spot to rest, observe, and admire the many contrasting colours of the MacDonnell Ranges. Also, a comfortable day trip distance from Alice Springs. If lacking the time to travel all the way to Ormiston Gorge or Glen Helen Gorge, at least drop in here for some lovely scenery.
